Served a summer intern for law bureau exploring the various needs, legal issues, and structures within the Public Utility Commission. Work included research on the Universal Service Fund for Telecommunications (USF), writing memos on the consumer protection limitations of Federal Energy Order 2222, analyzing enforcement procedures implications on a water company, and summarizing comments for an ANOPR. Also served as a fall-spring intern in the prosecutory bureau of the Public Utility Commission.
